Our classes are designed to give you cardiovascular and muscular endurance with strength training and a fun way to give you an overall body workout unlike anything you have ever experienced. No other workout compares if your goal is to burn calories, get in shape and have fun!

SCHEDULE AND PRICING

Bootcamp is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30am – 6:30am and 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Yoga and Hot Yoga is held Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Single class - $10 per class (includes the first pair of Ultimate Air socks)
Monthly pass options: $60 for 12 classes (equals $5/class) or $80 for 20 classes (equals $4/class)
